Refund Policy Merchandise

Because One Mile products are made-to-order using Print-on-Demand (POD) technology, all sales are final.
We do not offer refunds or exchanges for:

  • Wrong size ordered
  • Wrong color ordered
  • Buyer’s remorse
  • Incorrect shipping address entered by the customer

Acceptable Refund/Replacement Cases (U.S. & International)

We will provide a free reprint OR full refund if the item is:

  • Misprinted
  • Defective
  • Damaged during shipping

Requirements

  • Issue must be reported within 30 days of delivery
  • Customer must submit photo proof
  • Returns are NOT required for misprints or damages

If approved, One Mile will process a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

Refund Policy Coffee & Tea

Coffee products are roasted and fulfilled by Dripshipper partners.

Refund/Reprint Eligibility

Dripshipper covers:

  • Wrong item sent
  • Damaged item
  • Production errors

How It Works

  • We submit the claim
  • You receive a replacement or refund for the product cost

Not Eligible

  • Buyer’s remorse
  • Didn’t like the taste
  • Wrong selection (grind type, size, flavor)
  • Incorrect customer address

Because coffee is fresh-roasted and custom-prepared, all sales are final unless Dripshipper is at fault.

Refund Policy Coaching Sessions

All coaching services are provided by Diversify Group LLC.

Refund Window

  • Full refund available up to 24 hours before the appointment, minus a $50 cancellation fee.
  • Cancellations made within 24 hours are non-refundable.

Rescheduling

  • One free reschedule allowed if requested 48 hours before the appointment time.
  • Sessions missed without notice are marked as “no-show” and are non-refundable.

Return Policy Summary

  • No returns for POD products (wrong size, wrong color, buyer’s remorse).
  • No returns for coffee products (perishable goods).
  • Free replacement or refund for misprints, damaged items, or manufacturer error.
  • Claims must be reported within 30 days with photo proof.
  • No returns for incorrect shipping addresses entered by the customer.
